Man arrested after alleged debit card frauds

A MAN has been arrested at Warrington for a series of alleged frauds using a stolen debit card.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in the Bewsey area and the card was allegedly stolen from a woman helping the homeless.
The card is alleged to have been used fraudulently more than 12 times – and in some cases the offences were picked up by CCTV cameras.
