WArringtonMusic (WAM) is excited to be returning for the third ‘Saturday Acoustic Sessions’ at the Bus Interchange on May 19.
The first event in the Warrington Bus Station back in December 2012, inspired by similar events held at St Pancras Train Station and featured local singer-songwriters and established bands playing stripped back Acoustic Sets.
WAM has hosted some great sets from some of the most popular bands in the town including the likes of Roughneck Riot & Conquer Rio.
The lineup is filled with many of the artists who can be found playing at open mic/ acoustic nights across Warrington.
Editor of WAM, Lee Harman says: “It is great to be returning to the Bus Interchange for another day of live music. The Saturday Acoustic Sessions have always been some of our most fondest remembered events and there’s nothing better to see than a smile or a shocked face of people who stop by on their way to work or see friends, often staying for a while or returning. On previous events we’ve had families coming to make a day of it, even bringing cakes!
“Many of the artists on the line up can be found playing open mics every week across the northwest, often for many hours at a time, so we hope to put them on a stage worthy of any other venue and shine a light on some great, often over looked talent.”
The Line up:
17:30 Joe Hatton
