PLANNING chiefs at Warrington are being recommended to approve plans for a single storey home extension to provide accommodation for a registered disabled person.
The property is a two-storey house in Stromness Close, Fearnhead and the extension would be to the side of the house.
Planning officers say a number of other similar properties in the road have already extended in a similar way – including one directing opposite.
The extension would provide an additional bedroom and shower room and would allow for the re-configuration of the dining and kitchen area at the rear.
Officers are recommending the scheme be approved, subject to a condition with regard to matching building materials.
