Man charged with producing controlled drug following dawn raid at Lymm

A man has been charged with producing a class B controlled drug (cannabis) following a dawn raid at Lymm.

Ashley Horne, 29, was arrested at around 6.30am on Friday 2 March after a warrant was executed at an address in Grove Avenue, Lymm.

During the raid officers seized a quantity of class B drugs.

Horne, of Grove Avenue, Lymm, appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 3 March.

He was released on conditional bail and is set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday 4 April.
