Man arrested on allegations of assault and false imprisonment

A MAN was arrested at Warrington early today on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment.
The alleged offences took place in the Birchwood area.
In another incident, a man was arrested in the Fairfield and Howley area on allegations of domestic assault and criminal damage.
And in a further incident at 3.15am, a woman was arrested at the Lymm service area on the M6 after she had been circulated as wanted for two thefts in the Warrington area.
