Missing pensioner Anne Betty found safe and well

UPDATED: POLICE have confirmed Warrington pensioner Anne Betty who went missing earlier today has been found “safe and well”.

Cheshire police launched a public appeal for help  to locate 71-year-old Anne, who suffers from dementia and can become confused, who was last seen in Golden Square Shopping Centre earlier this morning and was believed to have caught a bus  to the Earlstown Bus Station, Newton-le-Willows.

But within a few hours of the appeal being circulated on social media police confirmed she had been found “safe and well.”
