Man arrested for possessing incapacitant spray in store

A MAN was arrested at Warrington on an allegation of possessing an incapacitant spray.
He was found to be in possession of the spray – an offence under the Firearms Act – was he was arrested, in company with a woman on an allegation of attempting to obtain credit by fraud using false details at Curry’s-PC World at Warrington
