WARRINGTON is once again proving to be a magnet for wealth and prosperity for small businesses.
A shining example of this is the ongoing success of Swan Network Solutions, a computer services company providing IT support and advice to businesses in Warrington and throughout the region.
In September Swan Solutions relocated to The Base, one of Warrington’s most prestigious new office buildings. This five-story office building is home to several growing companies and is the perfect location for any small business looking to improve their productivity and increase profitability.
Swan Solutions have demonstrated this perfectly as they recently landed an exciting contract with a respected and well known firm in Liverpool employing over 100 people.
Commercial Director Andrew Horrocks stated: “We have been providing fall-back expertise and support to their in-house IT engineer for about 18 months, but following an audit of their infrastructure and due to our impressive service the partners decided to fully outsource support and management of their IT systems to Swan”. It appears that the agreement was sealed following the legal firms visit to The Base which they found to be very impressive and after meeting with one of Swans larger clients who replaced their in-house IT team with Swan several years ago.
Andrew added “Seeing where we operate, meeting our support team and talking to on existing client of a similar size provided them with confidence that we are a perfect fit for them, especially as
IT is so critical to their business operations. We are very proud to be selected as their trusted technology partner”.
In addition, since moving into The Base Swan have won 4 new clients in Warrington and Widnes, including a fellow tenant who decided to switch providers to obtain more responsiveness when they place a support call.

Swan Solutions topped off the year by winning The Base Annual Christmas competition, open to all tenants in The Base. Participants were Directors Andrew Horrocks and Steve Nicholls and this year it was a 9 hole mini-golf competition organised by Langtree and run by Putting Edge.
Both were delighted with Steve saying: “It’s a great way to end to a very successful year for Swan, so we hope 2018 will be the same for ourselves and all of the businesses in Warrington.”
