WARRINGTON Town will face a tricky trip to National League Ebbsfleet United in round two of the FA Trophy if they beat Altrincham in their 1st round replay, tomorrow night (Tuesday).

The teams drew 0-0 for the second time this season on Saturday and now the winners of the replay will face the long trip down to Kent for the second round on Saturday, January 13.

Ebbsfleet are currently 1oth in the National League and well in the hunt for the play-off places in the fifth tier, two leagues above Warrington. They beat Eastleigh 2-1 at home in the first round on Saturday.

It would be the first ever meeting with Ebbsfleet in Warrington’s club history and their first appearance in the second round of the FA Trophy since 1993 when they reached the last 16.
