THE family of former Warrington North Labour MP Doug Hoyle have been left devastated by the sudden death of his “beautiful” granddaughter Natalie who was just 28.

His son Lindsay, who is also an MP and was appointed deputy speaker of the House of Commons in June 2010, posted on social media: “I am truly devastated by the death of our beautiful daughter Natalie.

“Our family will never be the same without our loving granddaughter, sister and aunty. Thank you for the kind support we’ve received it is overwhelming. Please continue to respect our privacy and allow us to grieve.”

Lord Hoyle was MP for Warrington North from 1981 to 1997 when he stepped down to become Lord Hoyle of Warrington.

His son Lindsay is well known in Warrington and is a regular with his father at Warrington Wolves’ home games. He shared a picture of his 28-year-old daughter Natalie on Twitter posting that his family will never be the same without her.

Miss Lewis-Hoyle’s was discovered unconscious at an address in Heybridge, Essex, shortly after 6.45am on Friday.

Her mother Miriam, a Conservative councillor in Essex, appealed for anyone who had been in contact with her daughter on the night before she died to get in touch with Essex Police. Although police say there are no suspicious circumstances, Natalie’s mobile phone was missing and her mother is anxious to know”any scrap of detail” prior to her death.

An Essex Police spokesman said: “Officers were contacted by the ambulance service shortly after 6.45am on Friday, December 15 with reports a 28-year-old woman had been found unconscious at an address in the Beeches Road area of Heybridge. Sadly she died at the scene.

“Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
