Men arrested for assault, making threats to kill, burglary

POLICE at Warrington were kept busy overnight, making a number of arrests for assault, breach of the peace and burglary.
Officers assisted the Department for Work and Pensions with an arrest in the Bewsey area for an alleged fraud.
A man was arrested at Orford for an alleged domestic assault and causing damage and, in a separate incident also at Orford, a man was arrested for allegedly making threats to kill, domestic assault and causing damage.
At Birchwood, a man is alleged to have assaulted a police officer who was arresting him in order to present a breach of the peace.
A man was arrested at Howley for an alleged burglary after being seen jumping a wall at the rear of a house and being found to be in possession of stolen property.
