Two accidents on M6 near Warrington cause traffic delays

TRAFFIC delays are being reported following two accidents on the M6 near Warrington today, Thursday.

Two lanes of M6 northbound within J21A before M62 J10 eastbound exit at Croft have been closed following an accident involving a van and a car, causing tailbacks to Lymm.

There are two of four lanes closed. Normal traffic conditions are expected between 10:30 and 10:45.

There has also been an accident on M6 southbound between J19 and J18 between Holmes Chapel and Knutsford which is causing delays.

There is one of three lanes closed. Normal traffic conditions are expected between 11:00 and 11:15.
