A WARRINGTON-based landscape worker has been recognised at an awards ceremony which celebrates the work of young and upcoming talent within the green services industry.
Mike Booth, aged 25, is a contract manager with landscaping and horticulture firm Glendale and was one of five employees in the company to be named as one of “30 under 30” in the national competition.
He joined the company as part of its graduate scheme and has since progressed to a management position.
Mike Brunskill, sales and marketing director at Glendale, said: “It’s fantastic that five members of our team have been recognised for their hard work and dedication.
“It’s vital we recognise the accomplishments of those shaping the future of our industry, while encouraging more young people to begin and develop their careers and motivating those already working in the sector.”
He congratulated all five employees for their achievement
