MEMBERS of the re-opened 4th Lymm Guide unit had the opportunity to try out climbing at Warrington’s North West Face Climbing wall.
Some of the girls found climbing up the walls quite easy and were comfortable doing so, which enabled them to give support and encouragement to the other girls who found wall climbing quite challenging.
Lily Kay, who is a Lymm Guide, said: ‘’My experience at the climbing wall was amazing. I really enjoyed it. It was so fun and exciting as we raced up and down the different walls. Being in Guides gives you the opportunity to experience different activities in many ways. I know that we have all developed in our teamworking skills by helping and encouraging others.’’
Overall, it was a great evening of fun and action.
