A man has been arrested accused of assaulting two women, one his ex-partner, in a Warrington nightclub during the early hours of this morning.
The male was arrested at 0322 hours on Barbauld Street for two alleged assaults on two females – it is alleged that whilst inside a nightclub he grabbed his ex-partner round the throat and punched another female.
Meanwhile in another incident at 0525 hours a male was arrested for an allegation of Possession of a Controlled Drug of Class A – it is alleged that he was seen by a CCTV camera operator in the process of discarding a bag of white powder.
