WARRINGTON based Kingpin Events is once again giving North West charities an early Christmas gift by inviting them to experience the magic of this year’s Winter Wonderland Manchester 2017 entirely free of charge.

This Christmas, the company is giving away £50,000 worth of free tickets in an exclusive Charity Event open to charities in the North West!

Winter Wonderland is the UK’s largest indoor Christmas theme park, and can be found at EventCity next to the Intu Trafford Centre in Manchester.
The attraction officially opens to the public on Saturday 9th December, but organisers Kingpin Events are giving charities exclusive access one day earlier on Friday, 8th December between 4.30pm and 8.30pm.

Charities whose work specifically benefits children and their families; disadvantaged young people; and bereaved families are invited to apply for tickets.
Organisations must be a registered charity and based in the North West to be considered. The event is fully accessible.

Charities are invited to register their interest by emailing [email protected] with details about the charity, registered charity number, their logo and the number of tickets they require. Charities will be chosen at random.

The closing date for applications is Friday 10th November and the successful charities will be notified via email by Friday 17th November.

Warrington based Tammy Silcock of Kingpin Events, the organiser of Winter Wonderland said: “Winter Wonderland is coming back to Manchester for 2017 with lots more festive fun, and we are extremely excited to once again be able to welcome local charities to our special charity event.

“It is always a very humbling event for all involved in previous years and our guests always enjoy being the first visitors to enjoy the Winter Wonderland experience. If you are a registered charity and you would benefit from this festive treat then please get in touch.”

The event is the UK’s largest indoor winter wonderland Christmas attraction and features more than 50 family rides and attractions, all under one roof.

Highlights for 2017 include Rainbow’s irrepressible duo Zippy and George, bringing magic, mayhem and comedy capers, and the brilliant Christmas Circus which will leave everyone stunned and amazed at its daily performances.

There is also an opportunity to try out your own circus skills in special workshops on site, plus the chance for children to create their own amazing models in the interactive building block zone.
Pip Ahoy! returns to the Winter Wonderland after last year, again bringing a little bit of Salty Cove to Manchester. Pip will be around to meet and greet visitors who will be able to enjoy playing on the real sand or relaxing in a deckchair.

Winter Wonderland is now in its fifth consecutive year, and organisers Kingpin Events are promising 2017 will be bigger, better, bolder and more sparkly than ever.
