A FLOOD alert has been issued by the Environment Agency for parts of Warrington affected by the Mersey Estuary high tides.
The flood alert is warning residents to be prepared but no properties are expected to be affected.
The specific locations and the times that the flood alert covers from midnight tonight (Nov 7) are Fiddlers Ferry at 01:30, Eastford Road 01:45 and Arpley Bridge 02:00.
This is the last high tide of the current cycle which will reach alert level.
The environment agency are not expecting any property flooding from this high tide but warn people to be aware of their local surroundings and remain safe.
They will continue to monitor and will update as the situation develops.
