A WOMAN was trapped in her car after a two vehicle crash on the A56 Higher Lane, Lymm.
Fire and rescue crews from Stockton Heath and Altrincham went to the scene shortly before 10pm last night and used cutting equipment to release the woman.
Paramedics looked after casualties and police controlled traffic while the rescue operation went on.
