A DISTRAUGHT motorist has appealed for help from the public to help catch vandals who trashed his car overnight.
Mike Robinson parked his car on land behind the flats at the Howson Road end of Newhaven Road, Orford over the weekend.
But on Saturday morning he answered a knock on his door to be told by a passerby that his car had been wrecked.
He discovered the driver’s door window had been smashed and his tyres slashed – and took photographs to show the damage.
Police are investigating the incident and Mr Robinson is asking anyone who has information about the incident to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0717307436.
