A MAN and a woman have been charged with possession of a firearm following an arrest in Warrington.
Police said today that on Friday, shortly before 9:40pm officers executed a warrant at an address on Rylands Drive, Warrington.
A number of firearms were recovered from the address.
Christopher Houghton, 38, of Handley Drive and Leah Clein, 36 of Rylands Drive were arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with possession of a firearm.
Both Houghton and Clein were appearing before North Cheshire Magistrates today.
