Grappenhall burglars arrested and charged

POLICE have arrested and charged two men with attempted burglary after they tried to break into a business premise at Grappenhall, Warrington, yesterday.

The pair have also been charged with criminal damage after cutting through a phone line which caused disruption to phone and broadband services.

They have been remanded to appear in court.

In another incident a woman who targetted elderly and vulnerable people in the Warrington area has been summoned to court for burglary and theft.

She will appear in court in the near future
