LYMM-based estate agent, Admove is celebrating its top performance by expanding to new 1,000 sq ft office premises in a prime location close to the village centre.
Having started up in a back bedroom in August 2016, company directors Mike Chung and Charlie Green have moved the business from strength to strength, listing over 70 properties and selling over 50 across the North West since January, making them the number one listing estate agent in Lymm for 2017.
The young entrepreneurs have great expectations for the future of the business, which last year was the first estate agent in Warrington to be awarded with a Gold British Property Award. The pair also hired their first member of staff in late 2016 and are currently looking for new recruits.
