BOROUGH Council planning chiefs have given the go-ahead for a 45-space car park on land off Priestley Street, Warrington.
Rock Oil Ltd have been granted permission for the car park, adjacent to their headquarters building.
The new car park will remove the need for 33 spaces currently distributed throughout the site and will provide efficiency and safety improvements, creating more space for the main site activities and reducing the potential for conflicts between these activities and cars.
A scheme to eradicated Japanese knotweed from the site will be implemented before the car park is constructed.

Great supporters of the Isle of Man TT – racing starts on Saturday – tune into Manx Radio this week for practice evenings and from Saturday race commentary.
A lot of people support and love the TT races Geoff……not sure what that has to do with a car park though unless you mean they only got planning permission cos they like fast bikes and high speed thrills lol
