WARRINGTON motor cyclist Aidan Collins leads the British Flat track Championships following the second round at the MCN show at Peterborough.
In the heat races, Aidan got two wins and a second place, which gave him second pick of gate positions for the 12 lap final.
In the final, Aidan had a good battle for the lead against American riders James Rispoli and Jonny Lewis.
After switching positions a few times in an exciting final, Aidan ended up in third place with main championship rival Alan Birtwistle behind in fourth place.
This left Collins still ahead in the championship with a six points lead.
