All set for Teddy Bears’ Picnic

A charity Teddy Bears’ Picnic is taking place at Southworth Farm Croft, to help raise funds for The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution.

The event is being organised by Philip Sharpe and Pam Ellis on Sunday, May 21 from 2pm-5pm and is suitable for all ages.

The afternoon will be packed with garden games; a treasure hunt and a punch a Judy show and includes afternoon tea for adults and a picnic basket for the children. Tickets are £25 for a family (2 adults & 2 children), Adults £10 and children £5 (children under 2 are free of charge). Admission is by ticket only.

R.A.B.I Regional Manager Georgina Lamb said: “We are looking forward to hosting this wonderful event at the farm of Philip Sharpe and Pam and I am sure it will be memorable and a special occasion for all who attend, especially the children. The tickets are selling fast so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your place on your spot on your picnic blanket’

R.A.B.I -the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution is a welfare charity which helps people within the farming industry in financial difficulty. Each year they support around 2,000 farming families and in addition to giving practical help pay out more than £2 million in grants.
