FIREFIGHTERS tackled a chimney fire from the roof of a house at Lymm today.
The blaze involved a property in Birch Brook Road and was dealt with by firefighters from Birchwood.
A seven meter ladder, roof ladder and height safety pack were used to gain access and a hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.
One fire engine was involved in the operation.
