Did this man smash glass door at shop?

THIS man is alleged to have smashed a glass door at a shop in the Longford area of Warrington on Tuesday, February 7.
Police have issued a CCTV of the man and are appealing for help from the public.
The man had an Alsatian dog with him, on a lead.
