Man robbed outside Warrington Hospital

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery outside Warrington Hospital.
A 45-year-old man was approached by a man and a woman at the bus stop outside the hospital in Lovely Lane at 8pm on Saturday, January 7.
The pair demanded money from the victim – and the man punched him in the face and grabbed money from him.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who might have been in, or travelling along, Lovely Lane and witnessed the incident.
Anyone who can help is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 335 of January 7. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously on the Crimestoppers hotline 0800 555 111.
