Police in town centre chase with thieves

A MAN and woman alleged to have stolen fragrances worth more than £470 were arrested in Warrington town centre after a chase with police.
The pair were suspected of stealing the goods from Debenham’s and staff from the store joined police in the short foot chase.
The couple were caught in the Midland Way area and were arrested, spending the night in the cells.
