A MAN was arrested at Warrington on an allegation of theft after being recognised by a PCSO from a CCTV image.
The man, who is alleged to have stolen fragrance from Boots during December, was spotted by a PCSO who picked him out on the CCTV.
A police spokesman said: “Our town centre PCSO’s are very good at remembering faces.”
