All-seeing cameras capture drug user in the act

THE all-seeing eyes of Warrington’s town centre CCTV cameras enabled police to arrest a man alleged to be in possession of a controlled drug.
The man was arrested on Bridge Street after the camera picked him up while allegedly consuming a white powder.
A man was also arrested in the St Katherine’s Way area of Howley on an allegation of theft from a shop
