Man overcome by smoke after house fire

A MAN was treated for smoke inhalation and shock after a house fire at Warrington.
The blaze was in the bedroom of a house in Druridge Drive, Penketh and crews from Warrington tackled it with a hose reel jet.  A ventilation unit was then used to clear smoke from the property.
It is believed the fire was caused by electric heaters.
An ambulance went to the scene and paramedics treated the occupant.
