New house plan opposed by neighbours

2

PLANS for a three-bedroomed house in the grounds of an existing house in London Road, Appleton will go before Warrington planners next week.
But Appleton Parish Council is opposing the scheme, on the grounds it will involve over-development of the site and there are objections also from neighbours.
Planning officers are recommending the scheme – which involves a traditionally built house – be approved.
Although there is a Grade 2 listted building nearby, it will be screened from the new building by the existing house, they say.

  1. Another example of how the planning chiefs (clowns) operate, where there are objections they give approval, where there are no objections they refuse approval.

    • It’s the planning officers (of whom there are none too complimentary comments on another thread) who are giving this the thumbs up. At this stage the “planning chiefs” have yet to decide.
