Green light for affordable homes scheme

INNOVATIVE plans for 21 affordable homes at Dallam have been given an enthusiastic welcome by Warrington planning chiefs.
Members of the borough council’s development management committee gave approval for the homes on the site of the former Harrison Centre.
The development was put forward by Helena Partnerships on land currently owned by the borough council off Boulting Avenue.
Council chiefs say the two-bedroomed homes will help meet a demand for affordable homes in Warrington.
