WITH his reindeers still resting for the big day, Bents Garden & Home has once again planned a secret mode of transport for Santa’s arrival this year.

He may be an expert at guiding his sleigh, but will he prove as good when he’s not got his reindeers to help him? Visit Bents this Saturday (Nov 12) at 10am to see what awaits Santa for his big arrival.

Santa’s Arrival marks the start of a series of family friendly events at Bents in the run up to Christmas and once in store he will be in residence until December 24, walking around the Centre to greet the little ones and listen to their Christmas wishes.

He will also be bringing his reindeers back for the Centre’s popular Festive Family Fun Weekend on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December. The reindeers, who are accustomed to the attention they receive, will be taking a break from their Christmas training in Bents’ Open Skies Glass House where they will surrounded by lots of festive fun.

Fairground rides, face painting and a reindeer treasure hunt are amongst the activities taking place for the little ones, whilst the grown-ups can enjoy a glass of hot punch and mince pie, on sale for Bents’ charity of the year.

Children can also take part in Bents’ Little Face of Christmas free photoshoot and entry into Bents’ Facebook competition to win a hamper of Bents goodies worth £50.00 and £500 to spend at Bartley Portrait Studio with a Bents Bear for all finalists. Details can be found on Bents’ Facebook site.

Bents’ Little Face of Christmas, which launches this Saturday (November 12) and will be in store every Saturday and Sunday until 11th December, is just one of the many festive activities which will be take place throughout the Christmas period. Santa’s Teas and Breakfasts are now available to book online and Wednesday evenings (from November 9 to December 14) will provide inspiration for the grown-ups who can discover some top tips for decorating the home.
