AMY Carey is on a mission to help customers make the most of the latest available technologies they use after joining the Sharples Group.

Her appointment as Client Support Manager comes after Sharples directors Mark Brocklehurst and David Griffiths discovered that some of their customers were unaware of the full potential of the vast range of sophisticated printer and copier products they provide and required some expert help in taking advantage of the state-of-the-art equipment that is available.

“We decided we needed to appoint a technology professional to assist clients in using and getting the most from the sophisticated equipment they have invested in.

“And, after some searching, we found Amy whose technical  knowledge and background makes her ideal for helping customers take full advantage of the available technology,” said Mr Griffiths.

“Amy previously worked with a major engineering company so her technical credentials are impressive,” said Mr Brocklehurst.

“But she is also a people person and will focus on helping our clients make the most of the technical products that they have invested in.”

Amy, 24, who also lives in Warrington said: “I’m delighted to have joined a company who really do put their customers first.

“The document management sector can be confusing for some people, so enabling them to make the most of the sophisticated equipment that their company has purchased from Sharples, by going to their offices and giving them expert advice and training is a valuable service.

“Going on-site to deliver training enables us to ensure users achieve the full capacity of the machines they have purchased.

“I really enjoy helping customers get the maximum benefit from their technical purchases from the Sharples Group. It is a very rewarding job.”
