New partnership creates new life for derelict site

AN exciting development on Knutsford Road, Warrington, is breathing new life into a derelict site to provide three new commercial units.

The Park View development by Urban Developments, a new partnership between Carl Palmer from Urban Building Projects and Julian Parrington from DP Metalworks, will provide stunning views over the weir on the River Mersey.

The units have planning permission for offices and retail units with car parking and will be completed by the end of the year.

“This is an exciting development as part of a new partnership,” said Carl. “I have worked closely with Julian for a number of years and it made sense to do this project as a joint venture.”

Julian added: “We are now looking for more joint ventures in and around the Warrington area. We are in the market for areas of land and derelict sites.

Meanwhile Urban Developments are always on the lookout for areas of land in and around the Warrington area which would be suitable for development and can be contacted on 01925 730888.

Any enquiries for the units should be made via agents Kennymoore on 01244 345 600.
