Wolves Foundation seek heritage trail footprint nominations

WARRINGTON Wolves Foundation are seeking nominations of people who have dedicated their lives to the Love of Rugby League, so their footprints can go down in history.

As part of Warrington’s Man of Steel Rugby League Celebration event the nominations form part of a very special Award sponsored by Wolves Director Stuart Middleton.

Foundation director Neil Kelly said: “Over the last two years the town’s rugby league management board have selected 10 special people who have dedicated their lives to the love of the sport.

“Each are recognised with a footprint placed in the south stand complimenting the heritage timeline,” added Neil.

The new recipients will be unveiled at the Man of Steel Awards On Friday, November 25.

But first the Foundation are looking for nominations from the public, fitting of such an award.
