Estate agents strike gold after just 12 months

TWO young entrepreneurs are celebrating being the first estate agent in Warrington to win a Gold British Property Award.
Created only one year ago by Charlie Green and Mike Chung, Admove aims to provide an exceptional service and claims to have saved their customers an average of £2,500 per sale.
The business has moved from strength to strength offering services for sales, lettings, land and new homes.
Over the past 12 months, Admove has listed more than 100 properties with a total value of more than £25 million.
Mike Chung said: “Since starting up last year in a back-room office, it is fantastic to have been recognised by the British Property Awards so early on in our journey. Our ethos at Admove is simple – we work hard to provide our clients with the professional service they deserve.”
Now located at an office in Lymm, Admove combines online efficiency with great local knowledge along with the ability to save homeowners and landlords thousands of pounds.

Admove has also been shortlisted for regional and national awards at a ceremony in London on September 9.
