PLANNING is already in hand for the fifth annual Lymm Historic Transport Day.

Event chair Alan Williams said: “We are pleased to report that the volunteer organising team are committed to going ahead again in 2017 for what,  remarkably, will be the fifth annual event.”
The date has been set for Sunday June 25th.

Alan added: “The kick-off meeting of the managing group for next year’s event will be held at the Spreadeagle at 7.30pm on Tuesday September 20th. There is a hard-working team of twelve who put the event together and who are always on the lookout for new exhibit ideas as well as new faces who can contribute toward keeping the event exciting and fresh each year.”

Anyone who would like to find out more and possibly get involved then contact Alan on 01925-754080 email [email protected] or just turn up on the evening .

Alan concluded:”The event also has a great value offering for local businesses who would like to raise their profile in the area by getting involved as sponsors or advertisers.”
