Which schools will stay open during teachers’ strike

TOWN Hall chiefs at Warrington have issued advice to parents in the run-up to the national strike by members of the National Union of Teachers tomorrow (Tuesday)

Latest details will be posted on the council website and where a school is listed as being partially closed, parents will need to contact the school directly to see what arrangements are in place.

Where no information is displayed, it means the council has not had information from the school but will update the site when information is received.

Currently schools listed as part open include Barrow Hall, Beamont Academy, Bradshaw Primary, Brook Acre Primary, Bruche Primary, Chapelford Primary, Christ Church Primary,  Evelyn Street, Primary, Glazebury Primary, Great Sankey Primary, Hollins Green St Helens,  Locking Stumps Primary, Ravenbanki Primary, Sacred Heart Primary, St Andrews Primary, St Augustine’s Prime, St Bridget’s Primary, St Vincent’s , Staham Primary, Stockton Heath Primary, The Cobbs, and Woolston Primary.
Listed as open are Alderman Bolton, Broomfields Junior Burtonwood Primary, Callands Primary, Croft Primary, Culcheth Primary,  Meadowside, Newchurch Primary, Oughtrington Primary, Park Road Primary, Sandy Lane Nursery, Sankey Valley St James, Sir Thomas Boteler High, St Elphins (Fairfield) Primary, St Monica’s Primary, St Paul of the Cross Primary and Stretton St Matthews .
Listed as closed are: Culcheth High, Grappenhall Heys Primary and St Gregory’s High.
