Warrington – a 20-year vision of the future

BUSINESSES are being offered the opportunity to get an insight into the next 20 years for Warrington at a seminar being held next Monday, July 4.
Andy Farrell, the borough council’s executive director of economic regeneration, growth and environment and Steve Park, managing director of Warrington and Co will be giving a full presentation on the town centre regeneration plan for the next five years and the regeneration of Warrington for the next 20 years.
The event is being hosted by the Mayor of Warrington, Cllr Faisal Rashid at the Town Hall from 5pm-7pm.
He said: “I’ve pledged to be a truly business friendly mayor and this is a really great way of bringing local organisations together to network, share ideas and celebrate our business success.
“Warrington is an exciting place to be at the moment and this special event will give everyone the chance to find out about our ambitious plans for the future. I want to encourage Warrington’s entrepreneurs to work together to continue to build a bright future for our borough.”
