Police helicopter helps catch car thief suspect

A police helicopter was brought in by Cheshire police last night and helped catch a suspected car thief in the Padgate area of Warrington.

The incident started in Vulcan Close, Padgate, Warrington, at 11.20pm when a car failed to stop in Vulcan Close.

The police helicopter was brought in and following a chase one man was arrested on suspicious of theft of a motor vehicle. Another suspect fled the scene.
