FIRE crews were called to assist at a road traffic collision on Chapel Road, Penketh, Warrington, following reports of one person being trapped.
The incident was at 15.50 yesterday afternoon with one fire engine from Widnes and two fire engines from Warrington attending the scene.
The casualty was handed into the care of the ambulance service and crews proceeded to make the scene safe.
