A 19-year-old man was arrested at Warrington today on suspicion of burglary and theft.
The offences – burglary of a dwelling house and theft from motor vehicles – are alleged to have been committed in the Great Sankey area.
Detectives are questioning the suspect.
In another incident, a 24-year-old man has been arrested at Latchford on suspicion of the theft of pedal cycles.
