Three arrested after moped abandoned

THREE men were arrested on suspicion of theft of a moped at Culcheth – after Police Community Support Officers spotted they were not wearing helmets.
The moped had been abandoned when the three were seen by the PCSOs who noticed they were not wearing helmets.
Police are now investigating the incident.
