A traffic census on Birchwood Way, Warrington has been causing traffic delays in the area.
The census took place on Birchwood Way near the junction of Blackbrook Avenue at Padgate and police who were brought in to stop traffic, have apologised for any delays.
The census was due to end at 7pm this evening.
