Man overcome by smoke from unattended cooker

A man had to be treated for smoke inhalation after leaving a cooker unattended during the early hours in Orford, Warrington.

The incident happened Quebec Road, Warrington. Firefighters could find no sign of fire and they treated the casualty.
Never leave cooking unattended.

In another incident a hose reel jet was used to extinguish a fire involving a large green wheelie bin at the back of a café near to Densham Avenue, during the night.
