WHEN police arrested a male cyclist on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs – they found white powder believed to be amphetamine concealed in the handle bars.
The male was arrested on Hollins Lane, Winwick, earlier today on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs.
Meanwhile police also arrested two males on Bank Park, Warrington this afternoon on suspicion of Possession of a Controlled Class A Drug.
