MOTORIST are being advised to avoid Chester Road, Warrington, with traffic at a a near standstill heading out of town this evening.
Eye witness reports say two fire engines and an ambulance have been seen in the area, which has also been suffering from traffic congestion recently due to temporary traffic light controls at the junction of Gainsborough Road.
